My Neighbor seemingly innocently asked me if I was putting my house up for sale after he saw painters leaving … I said,”yes’ I am selling next year. In less than a month he put his house on the market for 20 below market value .. Siting priced for quick sale on the listing …. For some reason it bugs me because I know he was not planning to sell until I told him that I was planning to go. I would never have sold below market value as am aware that would harm neighbors ..
