LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE CREATED A REALESTAE LOAN FOR THERE PROPERTY

A daughter inherited her father’s estate when he passed which included a house. She wants to do a rent to own but her lawyer advised against it b/c the property is still in her deceased father’s name. So is there another around this w/out have to get a mortgage. Any good and positive info would be greatly appreciated.. Thank You in advanced.

I’m looking to get the best current mortgage rates available because me and my wife are looking for our first home purchase. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

There are these people who are selling multiple cars on Craigslist and they ALWAYS leave their cars next to my dad’s house. My dad is getting really annoyed and it’s pissing him off when the owners of the cars feels that my dad should be looking out for them while they are at the property (the owners move the cars to other parts of town, but mainly leave it by the side of my dad’s house.) Is there anything we can do about this?

Thank you!

Will be heading to Discovery Cove for a day while we are at WDW for vaca. I was hoping to to just rent a car for the day but was not sure if there was a place to rent a car from WDW properties rather then getting a ride all the way back to the airport to get one.

Can mortgage brokers give us a lower rate on 30 yr fixed(zero points) today at 4.87% by lowering there commission from the bank/lender where they are locking the rate ?
