I am a renter and pay my rent every month. I live in a rural area. I have two non operatable cars parked on the property. The property is clean, cleared, and not a junkyard. The cars are registerd non-operable with the DMV and pose no hazard or nuisance to anything or anyone. Can my landlord come onto the property and remove them, have them removed or force me to remove my own property? (non-operable cars)
He claims that his homeowners insurance rate will increase if they’re on the property. The cars have been on the property for 5 years already.
The homeowners insurance wouldnt be increased, it would be cancelled.

100 % of the payments is applied to the selling price of the property. it only totals $5400.oo per year. My tax preparer here in Florida says I don’t owe any NY state tax. I think he is wrong.

Any risk to rent REO property?

A condo listed on Craigslist for rent is actually shown on MLS listing sites for sale. The agent renting the house did not saying anything. Is this a fraud? Will there be any risk renting a REO property? However the agent has a website and can have access to the condo. Any help will be appreciated.

I am trying to rent a house, I am not sure if the property is owned by the person who is renting it to me and if the property is under foreclosure

Rent and property value going down in China?

Specifically Guangzhou Zhujiang district. New lending laws, Companies moving inland due to cost and strikes………any of this having an effect yet? So hard to get accurate information here.

Does anyone know a good property maintenance service in Los Angeles, CA?

Who (what agency) do I go through to make a report that will affect this tenants rental history?

How do I go about this in a legitimate way…in other words, not the fly by night stuff you see on TV.

I’m looking for answers from those that own and rent out their property. I’m interested in residential investing for the time being.

I have worked in property management, so I am familiar with how to manage the property once I have it.

I am most concerned with how to get the money to purchase my first investment property. I’ve read not to go into debt to purchase realestate.
But I don’t really have any of my own money.

Those in real estate…please respond.

I’ll be buying property in NE Tarrant County, TX for now.
Thanks!

The owner is using the money to turn the building into condos. We live on a month to month basis. He says we owe back rent, even though we have money order receipts for each month. Who can we turn to other than the court system? Eventually he is going to kick everyone out and still take their hard earned money. Please HELP! Is there any type of lawyer that handle cases like this before?
