Is there anything I can do to complain on people trying to sell their cars next to property that’s not theirs?

There are these people who are selling multiple cars on Craigslist and they ALWAYS leave their cars next to my dad’s house. My dad is getting really annoyed and it’s pissing him off when the owners of the cars feels that my dad should be looking out for them while they are at the property (the owners move the cars to other parts of town, but mainly leave it by the side of my dad’s house.) Is there anything we can do about this?

Are there any mortgage payment assistance programs for people with low incomes due to job losses?

My husband left active duty military and went back to the reserves. We took a 3,000 dollar a month paycut and are having trouble making our mortgage payments. We’ve had the house for 2 years and it’s a VA loan. Are there any mortgage payment assistant programs to people like us here in Colorado? We are trying to avoid foreclosure at all costs. If we could get help with the payments until it sells (houses aren’t selling in our neighborhood right now) we could avoid a big headache for us in the future. Anywhere we can turn to?

No he was forced to quit active duty because he tore his ACL in PT and Tricare waitlisted a surgery and then said they wouldnt fix it. HE DID have a full time job waiting for him once he was off active duty but because of his knee not being able to be fixed, the couldn’t bring him on board as a police officer. He is currently working 2 jobs, and SO AM I despite the fact we have a 1 year old. We are overworked and getting sick and still cant make up the 3000 dollars nor afford to fix the knee. We are NOT hillbillies who dont pay our bills. We each work 60 hours a week between both of our jobs.

What percentage of people buying a home in America get a mortgage?

I have read a lot about the problems with subprime mortgages recently. Many financial analysts say that subprime mortgages are still a relatively small amount of all mortgages while others say the problem is spreading into prime mortgages as well. I am just curious what percentage of people get a mortgage (all kinds of mortgages both prime and subprime) when they buy a home and what percentage are able to put all cash down (and therefore avoid having to get a mortgage all together).

when buying a foreclosure is it possible to find some that people have it all but payed off?

Has anyone thats in the industry ever found a home going into foreclosure that has been dramatically paid down however the owner could no longer pay for it? The reason I ask is I saw on a few websites properties that the only thing owed on them was 80,000-100,000. The market values of the house from its area was over 300,000. Could you offer these people the amount to pay off the loan and a little extra to help them out, and to avoid foreclosure? In turn re-selling the home below market value for quick sales? Any input would be greatly appriciated. Thank you in advance.

Is the true market value the price people should expect to pay for a new car?

Hello, I am getting ready to buy a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and was wondering if the true market value is what I should be paying for the car? The car lists at $26,100 but the dealer said the price for me would be $24,716 (below the true market value of around $25,225). I’ve spoke with another car dealership and he give me deceitful lies telling me he never even heard of the true market value for a car and I was quite discusted because my car salesman said he would sell below the true market value. Is this what I should expect to pay for this new car with my trade in? The trade in is not worth much but i still don’t think I am getting that good of a deal since there aren’t any rebates on these particular cars right know. What do I need to do in order to get the best deal on this car and avoid lieing car salesman? Also, is there a place I can learn more about making a new car purchase. I’m sure I can find it but recommendations would help.
