Im a renter and pay rent every month. Can my landlord remove my property thats outside?

I am a renter and pay my rent every month. I live in a rural area. I have two non operatable cars parked on the property. The property is clean, cleared, and not a junkyard. The cars are registerd non-operable with the DMV and pose no hazard or nuisance to anything or anyone. Can my landlord come onto the property and remove them, have them removed or force me to remove my own property? (non-operable cars)
He claims that his homeowners insurance rate will increase if they’re on the property. The cars have been on the property for 5 years already.
The homeowners insurance wouldnt be increased, it would be cancelled.

If you break a lease, can the landlord sue for future rent even though they are selling the property?

Can a landlord sue for future rent, even though the time they are sueing for is after the sale of a property. For example, can you be sued for 24 months future rent for breaking lease, when the property is knowingly being sold 3 months after you break the lease?

Is it ok to withhold a rent check until my personal property is returned by my landlord?

My landlord has tools of mine I have been asking for for over two months. Can I withhold my rent check until they are returned? I have called, emailed and talked to him in person and he says that he does have them (he took them out of the backyard one day), but will not bring them back or schedule a time to give them back to me. Please help if you know my legal rights regarding this situation. Thank you!

In Pennsylvania can a landlord make an oral agreement to rent a property and tell you who can spend the night?

I recently rented an apartment its a townhouse rowhouse I have the first floor and I didnt get a lease but there was an oral agreement/suggestion that I not have too many friends over or spend the night unless they were with me as in a relationship status. Can my landlord require such a thing of me?
