LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE CREATED A REALESTAE LOAN FOR THERE PROPERTY
I am wanting to sell my property on my own without going through a realtor. If I find a buyer, I have a few people interested, what sort of paperwork should I have drawn up. I am planning on getting a lawyer to do it, just would like to know ahead of time what to expect.

I just bought a home last October. I signed a single 30 year mortgage for 280,000. My interest rate is 6.75%. I have only made 3 payments on this mortgage. With interest rates dropping when is a good time to refinance?

I know my mortgage is serviced through Countrywide and the second through Wells Fargo. Could they still possibly be securitized by Freddie or Fannie?
They act like everything is getting better while homes don’t sell, or sell way below market value, unemployment continues to rise, more businesses are forced to close because they can’t afford to operate, more taxes means less money spent on the economy which is in a negative spiral…
They are in this as deep as the rest of us. They aren’t getting a bail out.
