LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE CREATED A REALESTAE LOAN FOR THERE PROPERTY
I has a probate case and I was to inherit some cash from sell of property. I also was a co-owner of the property. In the state of Ga. The judge ruled that I had to pay back rent as I was living at the property. The administrator did not inform or notify me to pay rent or vacate , no lease was signed etc.
thanks for all the input, but I am still confused. There was no verbal agreement I co-owned the property. Isn’t it kind of crazy to pay rent on something you partially own. I realize the decision is made I am just trying to understand. I know you all have heard of crooked judges. This is my concern. I thought a person needed to be notified to pay rent or vacate . This probate case went on for 10 years. The administrator failed to do her job. The judge met in private with her to go over the checkbook. I found this out the day this decision was made.
I live in FL and i was wondering when they consider property taxes really delinquent and how far behind before they can take it from you and sell it??? I still owe last years taxes and plan on paying them this year at income tax time, i didn’t have enough in escrow last year to pay them..are they going to take the property from me before then?
I signed a contrract to sell property and have changed my mind.

The mortgage on my house is paid. Due to a stint in unemployment and now being seriously UNDERemployed, I have not been able to pay property taxes, as the county wants half of what is owed before they will set up a payment plan. Yeah- I don’t have that sort of money lying around, nor can I get a loan to pay off those taxes. Can I sell my house in this situation, or can buyers go over my head to buy the house from the county for the amount of taxes owed?

but to a thrid party when they submit an invoice so its legal. so it would go to them, and not to me. a house is selling for 450,000. but its 10% below market value because it needs repairs. the repairs are about 10,000-15,000. do i make an offer for 450,000 then negotiate fron there? or do i put on the purchae contract or addendum saying” buyer will pay 460,000 and will have 10,000 go to an account for a thrid party with an invoice? ” or “seller will give 10,000 cash back to an account” ?
how do you put it in a purchase offer without turning off the seller, or the seller agent , a seller agent will say ” my client will NOT be involed in any cash back” becuase its illegal…..but if it goes to a thrid party its not illegal…so how do you present it?……or do i not have to….and escrow will take care of it……like” buyer pays 460,000 and 10,000 will go to an account” ?
My wife and found a house that was $200,000 which is way below the market value in that area. The house needs some work like carpet/flooring, sliding glass door is broke and broke down appliance and lots of painting. we have been pre-approved for fha. I was wondering if we could ask offer 210k and ask for 10k back at closing for repairs. Keep on in mind it is a bank owed property
I had Juan sprucing up the estate, since I will be moving soon, and while planting some very nice rose bushes, he came upon what apears to be a body. Human. Very old though. It had to be here before I bought the property.
