What kind of power of attorney should I get for me to sell properties overseas?
I am a Canadian residing in the US planning to sell my real state property in the Philippines.

You don’t get and won’t get POA to sell property anywhere. POA is where you can sign, buy, sell for a person, (and that person has to agree with it) depending on what it is for and you don’t do this to sell property.
