There is 3 acres of ours in Hershey PA. Prime real estate right by Hershey Park and Factories. 16,000 cars pass daily and we can’t find anyone to buy it. We have emailed restaurants and such but they are all avoiding me and not helping. The property is zoned commercially and the restaurants we asked said no but it’s a great deal. We don’t want to lower the price either.
