Listings of notes are Public Record and can be found in any courthouse in the country free or you can find services that compile list of notes for a fee.Then you solicit your marketing to them as best you can or plug into the Real Estate Seminars or on-line site that offer teachings of how to market…Be careful of who & what you buy 1st though…If it sounds unreal and easy then it probably is’nt…Good Luck…find a Good Mentor to guide you.
