experience is the key. Until you can actually tell them your experience, it’s hard to paint the picture for someone else.
Not to put down your idea, but what makes you think that everyone can’t get access to those properties?
I am 26, and recently bought a government owned HUD home. The house sold for $100,000 about 5 years ago and I got it for $20,000.
I found a good real estate agent and asked him to send me a list of properties (which every real estate agent has access to) in the $14,000 to $30,000 range….Some of them were for sale by owner, but most were bank-owned and HUD properties.
Investors looking for real estate can find what they are looking for with ease. Either by themselves or through a Realtor.
Unless you have something new to offer, or if somehow a house that is listed for $100,000 is listed exclusively to you for 25% below market value (which never would be the case), then I don’t think you can offer much help to an investor.
